PDR Unit organized the 3rd of our “Ways to Cope with Test Anxiety” seminar for our 8th grade students. Our students have experienced breathing exercises that have a significant impact on controlling test anxiety. Our students were informed about the elimination of body tension with balancing breathing exercise and diaphragm exercise, which help them to be aware of the “moment” and at the same time to be away from objects, sounds and thoughts that cause negative and anxious feelings to be aroused.
