After completing the “Nervous System” subject of “Human Physiology”, which is one of the biology course units of the 11th grade students, the dissection of the calf’s brains was performed. During the study, each 2 students worked with 1 calf’s brain and had the chance to physically examine the parts of the mammalian brain they learned in the lesson. After examining the internal and external structure of the brain in detail, the spinal cord and cerebellum were interpreted according to their functions. The students who reported what they learned at the end of the experiment had a pleasant time.
