Today, at our primary school, students, teachers, and administrators participated in a meaningful event connected to our IB-PYP curriculum to raise awareness about climate change. Led by our students and their mentor teachers, the Climate Action aimed to enhance environmental consciousness and foster awareness for a sustainable future.
During the event, we highlighted the climate crisis caused by human activities that harm nature and the environment. Our students conveyed their messages to society with banners reading slogans like “Nature is Our Future,” “Act for Climate,” and “Protect Our Planet.” They also emphasized the importance of environmentally-friendly practices such as recycling, energy conservation, and reducing carbon footprints.
This significant event not only increased the awareness of young generations towards environmental issues but also reaffirmed our school’s commitment to being a leader in taking steps towards a sustainable future.
Our students’ climate action should serve as an important step in creating societal awareness, not just within our school. The time to act for our future is now!
