1. Identity of the Data Controller:

The data controller is Mürüvvet Eğitim Sağlık ve Kültür Hizmetleri ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“School”), located at Maden Mahallesi, Bakır Sokak, No:2A-2B-2C Sarıyer/Istanbul (Private Mürüvvet Evyap Schools), and registered with the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce under registration number 600919.

5. Methods of Collecting Personal Data:

Your personal data specified above is collected by the School through physical or electronic means depending on the method of submission and is processed and transferred for the purposes stated above.

6. Data Subject Rights and How to Exercise Them:

In accordance with Article 11 of Law No. 6698, as a data subject, you have the right to apply and:

  • Learn whether your personal data is processed,

  • Request information if your data has been processed,

  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in accordance with that purpose,

  • Know the third parties to whom your data has been transferred domestically or abroad,

  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data and request notification of this to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,

  • Request deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons for processing no longer exist, even if processed lawfully, and request that this be notified to third parties,

  • Object to a decision made solely through automated processing that affects you adversely,

  • Request compensation for damages if you suffer harm due to unlawful processing of personal data.

If your request incurs a cost, a fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
