1- Purpose and Scope of Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy
Due to the sensitivity of the services we provide as Evyap schools, it has been ensured that the data from our customers or prospective customers are kept confidential and never shared with third parties in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) numbered 6698. The data obtained will be used in order to improve the quality of the services we offer, to improve the services provided to you and our quality policy. Some data are anonymized and converted into statistical data and are not subject to the application of this Law and our Policy. The Data Protection and Processing Policy aims to protect the data automatically obtained from our customers, prospective customers, employees and the customers and employees of the companies working with us in solution partnerships or other persons, and includes the relevant regulations. The data are used in line with the better execution of the contract and the requirements of the service and are updated by contacting the customers when necessary. On the other hand, the data that our prospective customers have left to us by themselves are processed in order to provide them with easier and higher quality service.
